The ultimate answer is that God has designed men to be masculine & woman to be feminine; however, He has give us the freedom to make our own choices. And so we can choose to manifest masculinity or femininity in whatever way we see fit, but not all choices are good. And so you can choose to be masculine even if you are a woman & you can choose to be feminine even if you are a man, but the most important thing about choice is that you can use it to choose to fit your design and embrace your proper masculinity as a real man or your proper femininity as a real woman. So ultimately, the choice is yours, but human choices are supposed to be aligned with their Creator's.
